Thank you James family, I hope you had as much fun as I did.  We were shooting about 5 houses down from where President Obama was vacationing last month in Kailua.  We thought about knocking on his door to see if he wanted to join us but I don’t think security would’ve  appreciated that,  the best we could hope for was a jog by. However, we did get a beautiful sunset on the beach.

This was a fun family to photograph.  I Iove cruising the bike path on the north shore to find cool places to shoot.

I love Malaekahana, I love to bring my kids here I love to surf here and I love to photograph families here.  This is a recent family portrait session at Malaekahana, located on the east side of Oahu Hawaii.  How cute is this family?  Look at the little one’s curly brown hair!

Hawaii is a second home for this darling family.  We hiked up into some lovely hills on the north shore of Oahu to take some candid pictures.  Here are a few favorites.
