Some of you may remember when I photographed Heather and Drew’s wedding last year on the North Shore.  Here are a few pictures from our recent maternity / family shoot last month.  It is fun as a photographer to watch as families grow.  I am excited to do their newborn pictures in about 5 weeks.  The underwater maternity photographs were taken at Sharks Cove and we shot the other family pictures at Keiki Beach.  I really have fun shooting in the ocean, and love using water and light to create some cool images.

Here are the next set of family photos from the Holiday special, as the day went on the sun started to come out.  I love the third pictures of the boys with their arms around each other.  It reminds me of the saying “all the arms we need”.

Here are a few of the first families from out photo shoot at Ke Iki beach on Saturday.  I had a great time with each family even with the bit of rain we had.  I would love to hear feed from each family, so please leave a comment or shoot me an e-mail.

It is that time again for holiday photos.  This year I am dong things a little different, because of my schedule I can only offer the holiday special 1  1/2 days. The first day will be Saturday November 14th and we will be shooting at Keiki beach on the North Shore of Oahu. Each session will last for 30 minutes and will include a CD with 25-50 high resolution images for $100.  Here’s the schedule.

The second day is on Saturday November 21st and will be in the water, location pending on the weather and surf.  These sessions are for families that are comfortable in the ocean and want some unique ocean and water shots. Each session will last 45 minutes and will include a CD with 24-50 high resolution images for $150 We will spend half the time on the beach and half in the water. Here’s the schedule.

I love shooting on the North Shore of Oahu Hawaii, and here is another beautiful day with a beautiful family.  I just have to thank the Mansfield’s, they have helped our family a lot.  Di has watched my kids a number of times and CJ framed the walls of my new studio that I am working in.  Thanks guys.

In my 35 years I have met a lot of really good people, and the Tui’fua family are some of the best.  Just being around them makes me want to be a better person.  Here are a few pics from their newborn / family shoot and don’t forget to check out the slide show. Congratulations on new baby Malia.

I had a great time photographing this beautiful family and their sweet new baby girl, Ocean. Kristin’s sister contacted me to see if she could give a photography session as a gift for the new family addition. What a thoughtful gift! This gorgeous family of four lives in an amazing home in Kailua . The entire session was a great time and with all of the beautiful people and landscape, the shoot couldn’t have been more enjoyable. Congratulations to Kristin and Aric! Both Rain and Ocean are adorable!

I had a great time shooting these families at Turtle Bay, they have some very photogenic kids.

 Another fun day shooting on the North Shore.  I live about 15 minutes from the North Shore and love working in that part of Hawaii,  there is an creative energy I feel when I am shooting in that area.
